Provided are a method and system for automatically managing clinical trial image evaluation data. The method for automatically managing clinical trial image evaluation data is a method for managing image evaluation data generated by performing a clinical trial image evaluation performed by a computer, and may comprise the steps of: obtaining first image evaluation data and second image evaluation data from a first evaluator and a second evaluator, respectively; analyzing, for each evaluation item, whether the obtained image evaluation data conforms to preset evaluation rules; if the obtained image evaluation data includes evaluation items that do not conform to the evaluation rules, automatically providing a query, including a correction request and help text, for the evaluation items that do not conform to the evaluation rules; and checking, for each of the evaluation items, whether the first image evaluation data and the second image evaluation data match.
