The claimed group of inventions comprises a system and a method, which is implementable by a processor, for obtaining advice regarding a product or service on request during live streaming. The system comprises a customer (C1, C2), a manager/sales representative (SM1), a main server (S1), a streaming server (S2), a database (D1) of the main server, and a database (D2) of the streaming server. In the claimed solution, the customer (C1, C2) receives a notification from the server (S1) regarding the start of live broadcasting and sees a button which, when clicked on the customer's device, causes a window to open, in which the customer (C1, C2) sees a live broadcast from a user (C3), wherein, in said window, the customer (C1, C2) can use an input field or a microphone to communicate with the user (C3) during the live video broadcast.
