The first housing (110) comprises a first surface (101) and a storage recess (102) formed in the first surface (101) and provided with an opening; the storage recess (102) is used for containing a physical sign sensor detachably arranged in the first housing (110); and the physical sign sensor comprises a mounting surface. When the physical sign sensor is arranged in the storage recess (102), the mounting surface is exposed by the opening of the storage recess (102). The first housing (110) further comprises a positioning structure (103) located on the first surface (101), and the positioning structure (103) is used for positioning a replaceable patch that is bonded to the mounting surface so as to be used in cooperation with the physical sign sensor.
