Provided are an air conditioner platform structure and a vehicle having the same. The air condition platform structure comprises a platform main body for mounting an air conditioner, the platform main body comprises a plurality of beam bodies, and the plurality of beam bodies are spliced in sequence in a circumferential direction along the platform main body to form a frame structure for supporting the air conditioner. The air conditioner platform solves the problem that in the conventional art a subway air conditioner platform structure is relatively heavy.
