This spray device (A) comprises: a two-fluid nozzle (11) that sprays a mist (91); a spray device-side gas channel (12) that supplies a gas to the two-fluid nozzle (11); a gas supply source (17) that supplies the gas to the spray device-side gas channel (12); a spray device-side liquid channel (13) that supplies a liquid to the two-fluid nozzle (11); a fluid supply source (18) that supplies the fluid to the spray device-side liquid channel (13); a pulse-driven liquid flow rate adjustment valve (14) that uses a pulse signal to adjust the valve openness and controls the liquid flow rate of the spray device-side liquid channel (13); and a control unit (30) that controls the openness of the liquid flow rate adjustment valve (14) to adjust, in a multi-step manner, the mist density of the mist (91) sprayed from the two-fluid nozzle (11).
