Disclosed is a soundproof coating for the interior wall of a flammable and explosive article warehouse. The soundproof coating is composed of two parts, i.e. a matrix and a functional filler, wherein the matrix is a silicon-based resin matrix prepared using starch-graft-sodium acrylate, a polymethyl silicone resin, a silicon dioxide-polymethylvinyl silicone rubber, a vulcanizing agent and a silane coupling agent as raw materials; and the functional filler is conductive resonant particles having a three-layer structure and prepared using ethyl orthosilicate, aqueous ammonia, glass micro-powder, tin chloride dihydrate, antimony chloride, citric acid powder, and sodium bicarbonate powder as raw materials, with the three-layer structure specifically being, from the inside out, the glass micro-powder, an active silicon dioxide substrate layer and an antimony-doped tin oxide coating layer. A method for preparing the soundproof coating comprises preparing the raw materials, preparing a functional filler, preparing a molten pool, and molding the soundproof coating.
