The isolation device separates the mAb subunit of unknown intact mAb or the known mAb class from the sample.An ion source device ionizes the mAb.The mass spectrometer uses an ECD device to fragment the ionized mAb and mass spectrometry to mass produce the resulting generated ions to produce one or more generated ion spectra.A theoretical generated ion peak is calculated for one or more fixed portions of the mAb class.The theoretically generated ion peaks are removed from one or more generated ion spectra to produce one or more difference produced ion spectra.DeNO Bose encicing is applied to one or more difference produced ion spectra and generates one or more candidate sequences for one or more variable portions of the mAb.A genomic database is retrieved with respect to one or more candidate sequences and generates one or more contiguous sequences with respect to one or more variable portions.
