The present invention relates to a method for immobilizing heparin and a NO-generating catalyst, and a surface-modified material surface using the same, and more particularly, to polyphenol A method for co-immobilization on the surface of a material through an oxidase-mediated reaction, a material to which heparin and a NO generating catalyst prepared using the same are co-immobilized, and a cardiovascular device including the material. Since it has been confirmed that this is the case, it can be usefully applied to cardiovascular devices for inhibiting thrombosis and restenosis.
