The present invention relates to a method for immobilizing heparin and a NO-generating catalyst, and a surface-modified material surface using the same, and more particularly, to a heparin-phenol derivative and copper nanoparticles as a NO-generating catalyst to polyphenol A method for co-immobilization on the surface of a material through an oxidase-mediated reaction, a material to which heparin and a NO generating catalyst prepared using the same are co-immobilized, and a cardiovascular device including the material. The surface on which heparin and NO production catalyst are simultaneously immobilized by the method of the present invention has high biostability and not only continuously generates NO, but also significantly inhibits the adhesion/activation of platelets and smooth muscle cells while promoting the proliferation of endothelial cells. Since it has been confirmed that it can be usefully applied to cardiovascular devices for inhibiting thrombosis and restenosis.
