Provided in the present application are a skeleton structure, an electromagnetic coil and an electronic expansion valve. The skeleton structure comprises a cylinder, a first end plate, a second end plate, a holding part and a first waterproof part. The first end plate is arranged at one end of the cylinder and is used for limiting a coil wound around the cylinder; the second end plate is arranged at the other end of the cylinder and is used for limiting a coil wound around the cylinder; the holding part is arranged on the edge of the first end plate and is provided with a jack used for mounting a contact pin; the side surface of the first end plate and the side surface of the holding part are both connected to a transition plate which has an outer side surface obliquely arranged with respect to the axis of the jack; and the first waterproof part is arranged on the outer side surface of the transition plate and extends in a length direction of the outer side surface of the transition plate. Thus, the transition plate can support and protect an enameled wire, thereby avoiding the damage to the enameled wire. The first waterproof part on the outer side surface of the transition plate improves the fusion effect of the transition plate and an encapsulating material, thereby improving sealing performance.
