A CD300c expression inhibitor or activity inhibitor, according to the presently claimed subject matter, in a cancer environment, increases the number of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes and cytotoxic T cells, reduces the number of myeloid-derived suppressor cells and can effectively inhibit the growth and development of cancer, and thus is expected to be effectively usable as an immunotherapeutic agent in the treatment of various cancers.
