PURPOSE: To provide a surface movement detection apparatus, wireless tag, surface movement detection method and disaster relief support system, which are capable of, as a purpose, quickly rescuing a rescuee who has suffered a disaster within an area where a surface movement has occurred.CONSTITUTION: It is comprised of: a surface movement distribution calculating section for obtaining a surface movement distribution based on a plurality of position information pieces transmitted from a plurality of wireless tags at a first time point and a plurality of position information pieces at a second time point after the first time point; and a movement position calculation unit which obtains a position at the second time point of the surface portion of the designated position as the movement position based on the surface movement distribution according to an input of a specified position at the first time point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
