The present invention provides a sterilization method for a dry collagen-based biomaterial, comprising the following steps: immersing a collagen-based biomaterial in an antibiotic solution, and then washing same, so as to obtain a primarily sterilized collagen-based biomaterial; immersing the primarily sterilized collagen-based biomaterial in a peroxyacetic acid solution, shaking same at room temperature, and then washing same, so as to obtain a secondarily sterilized collagen-based biomaterial; and immersing the secondarily sterilized collagen-based biomaterial in an organic solvent, and performing dehydration and drying after immersion, so as to obtain a dry collagen-based biomaterial. The present invention provides simple and quick operations, does not require a professional sterilization device, and effectively solves the problems that sterilization processes affect the structural stability and the usage performance, and has incomplete sterilization, difficult operations, and low production cost.
