The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating bacterial infectious diseases containing parathyroid hormone and nafcillin as active ingredients. As it was confirmed that the parathyroid hormone and napsyrin-treated staphylococcus proliferation inhibitory effect was much better than that of the napsyrin-treated group alone, the parathyroid hormone may be used as an adjuvant to enhance antibiotic activity, and parathyroid hormone and napsyrin A composition containing as an active ingredient may be provided as a therapeutic agent for staphylococcal infectious disease.
