For the purpose of transferring a glass film G1 by a belt conveyor 22g so as to perform production-related treatment thereon, the belt conveyor 22g comprises: a belt 23g which is capable of supporting and carrying the glass film G1 thereon; a first regulation member 37 which regulates the movement of the belt 23g in the width direction; and a second regulation member 38 which regulates the movement of the belt 23g in the upward direction. Provided on each of the two sides of the belt 23g in the width direction is a lower-tier surface 40 that is disposed in a lower tier of a supporting/carrying surface 39 of the glass film G1 so as to extend in the longitudinal direction of the belt 23g. The second regulation member 38 has provided thereto a pressing part 43 that extends toward the central side of the belt 23g in the width direction so as to be capable of pressing the lower-tier surface 40 downward.
