The present invention provides a device for assembling an LED module for a vehicle lamp capable of easily assembling an LED module, and a method for assembling an LED module for a vehicle lamp using the same. The LED module assembly apparatus for a vehicle lamp according to an aspect of the present invention includes a pickup jig for adsorbing and moving a substrate on which an LED element is mounted, an alignment jig for supporting the substrate transferred from the pickup jig at different heights, and the alignment and a mounting member for gripping the substrate aligned with the jig and coupling the substrate to the frame, wherein the pickup jig includes a plurality of adsorption units for adsorbing the substrate, and a plurality of pickup cylinders for lifting and lowering the adsorption units.
