The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a membrane-electrode assembly (MEA) and a membrane-electrode assembly manufactured through the same, and more particularly, the present invention relates to a method for producing a membrane-electrode assembly (MEA), and more specifically, to a surface of a polymer substrate by chemically treating the surface of a polymer substrate with pores of a uniform size. And it relates to a membrane-electrode assembly manufacturing method, characterized in that increasing the contact area between the electrolyte membrane and the electrode comprising the substrate.
