This closing cover (C) of an access hole to a manual control (13) of the pinion (11) of an accessory box (1) comprises on one side first interfacing means (21 , 31) able to cooperate with an external tool and on the other side of the second interfacing means (23, 35) able to cooperate with a manual control (13) of the pinion (11) so that actuation of the cover (C) by the tool causes a consecutive control of the pinion (11), and in that it further comprises means for reversible mounting of the cover (C) on the housing (1) in a first position in which the second interfacing means (23, 35) are located outside the housing (1) and a second position according to which the second interfacing means (23, 35) are in engagement with the manual control (13). It comprises a torque transmission means (24, 36) for transmitting and for limiting a torque applied to the manual control (13) using the tool. Figure for the abstract: Fig 2B
