The provided gene chip based on an SNP site related to disease resistance of olive flounder can be used for the selective breeding of disease-resistant individuals of olive flounder, and the actual selection accuracy is proximate to the theoretical value. Therefore, the accuracy of the selection of the disease-resistant fine breeds of olive flounder can be improved, the breeding cycle can be shortened, the gene chip technology is provided for the selective breeding of the disease-resistant fine breeds of olive flounder, and a new way of gene chip breeding is opened up for the selective breeding of disease-resistant fine fish species.
