The invention relates to a multilayer oral thin film comprising a matrix layer, which contains at least one polymer and at least one pharmaceutically active ingredient, and at least one backing layer, wherein the at least one backing layer has at least one polymer that comprises free carboxyl groups, and 10 to 100% of the free carboxyl groups of the at least one polymer that comprises free carboxyl groups is present in a neutralized form as a salt. The invention also relates to a method for producing same and to the use thereof as a medicament.
