Provided is a scam damage prevention system (1000) comprising a call processing server (20), and an ENUM/DNS server (10), wherein the call processing server (20) comprises: a scam determination request unit for transmitting a scam number determination request including a caller-side number of a caller-side device (4) to the ENUM/DNS server (10), and receiving a result of determination of whether the caller-side number corresponds to a scam number; and a scam prevention processing unit for performing predetermined scam damage prevention processing. The ENUM/DNS server (10) comprises: a storage unit in which scam number information (100) is stored; and a scam determination unit which refers to the scam number information (100) using the caller-side number, determines that the caller-side number corresponds to the scam number if the same number as the caller-side number is registered therein, and transmits the result of determination to the call processing server (20).
