To provide a wooden material treatment agent composite, a wooden material treatment method using the composite, and a wooden material treated with the method that improve the fire retardancy and the like of wooden materials such as woods, and for which problems such as efflorescence and oozing are unlikely to occur for the treated wooden materials for a long time.SOLUTION: The wooden material treatment agent composite includes: a component (a) guanidine carbonate; a component (b) guanidine phosphate; and a component (c) succinic acid. The following relational expressions (1) to (5) are established for A, B, and C, where the mass ration for the components (a), (b), and (c) is A:B:C; A+B+C=100 (1), 3≤C≤18 (2), 8≤A≤13 when 3≤C<8 (3), 3≤A≤18 when 8≤C<13 (4), and 13≤A≤18 when 13≤C≤18 (5).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
