The present invention relates to a device to absorb and hold the menstrual flow of a woman that trickles down the buttock channel when lying down, seated or performing any other activity, thus preventing the staining of clothes, sheets or, in short, preventing fluid leakage. The invention consists of a device with a three-dimensional shape which covers the entire perimeter of the body of the woman from the vagina to the anus, to be located over the sanitary pad. The ancillary has 2 main parts: the base (1), which is a flat surface forming the frontal part of the ancillary, and the blade (2), which has the exact size to fit perfectly between the buttocks of women without shifting; the forward extremity of the blade is shaped like a spoon (3); that is, it is open; therefore, on being placed between the vaginal lips, and the rearward part between the buttocks, it is held perfectly in place, with no possibility of moving and causing leakage.
