A system for taking blood pressure, a method for taking blood pressure in real time, and a coronary artery analysis system. The system for taking blood pressure comprises a body (2), a device (1) for taking blood pressure and a first connecting device (3) which are disposed on two sides of the body (2), and a collection controller (4) connected to the first connecting device (3). A through tube (500) is provided on the upper surface of the device (1) for taking blood pressure, and a through aperture (510) is provided on the inner surface (120) of the through tube (500). One end of the device (1) for taking blood pressure is a pressure-taking terminal (210), said pressure-taking terminal (210) being sealed within the through aperture (510) and used for taking the pressure value of a liquid circulating within the through tube (500). The collection controller (4) is used to control whether the device (1) for taking blood pressure is turned on. By means of sealing the pressure-taking terminal (210) within the through aperture (510), and by means of using the collection controller (4) to control turning on the device (1) for taking blood pressure and taking the pressure value of a liquid circulating within the through tube (500), invasive blood pressure is taken in real time; due to the liquid only flowing within the sealed structure composed of the through tube (500), the through aperture (510) and the pressure-taking terminal (210), measurement accuracy is increased, and the service life of various parts is improved.
