A disposable blood pressure collection device, an analysis system, and a real-time blood pressure collection method. The disposable blood pressure collection device comprises: a blood pressure sensor (200), an integrated circuit board (300) and a PIN connector (400), which are all provided in a housing (100), the blood pressure sensor (200) being in communication connection with the integrated circuit board (300) by means of the PIN connector (400); a first connection structure (500), connected to the housing (100) and the integrated circuit board (300); and a through tube (600), provided at the top of the housing (100), a through hole (610) being provided on the inner surface of the through tube (600); a pressure collection end (210) of the blood pressure sensor (200) is sealed in the through hole (610); the PIN connector (400) comprises: a body (410), and a signal transmission mechanism (420) and a grabbing mechanism (430) which are provided on the body (410); and the signal transmission mechanism (420) is connected to the blood pressure sensor (200) and the integrated circuit board (300), and the grabbing mechanism (430) is detachably mounted on the body (410). The grabbing mechanism (430) is detachably provided on the body (410) of the PIN connector (400), thereby solving the problem of inconvenient installation of the PIN connector (400); the disposable blood pressure collection device is in one piece, achieving collection and transmission of a blood pressure sensor end, improving the sealing performance of the blood pressure sensor, reducing the volume, and facilitating the assembly.
