PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to introduce efficiently a nucleic acid into a cell.SOLUTION: A cationic glucan nanosphere is obtained by modifying glucan dendrimer (GD) having a spherical structure with a polyvalent basic compound, the polyvalent basic compound being at least one selected from the group consisting of spermidine, spermine, diethylamino ethylamine (DEAE), polybasic amino acid, and polyethyleneimine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
