PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software keyboard program, a character input device and a character input method in which unintended false input can be reduced when inputting kana of voiced sound and semi-voiced sound.;SOLUTION: A software keyboard 40 program makes a computer function as a key arrangement part being set to perform flick input and output control means for controlling the output of characters to a character display part 32.
