The present invention provides a walking stick for the visually impaired that receives location information of the visually impaired, guides the visually impaired to a path set by the visually impaired, and provides information on the movement path to the visually impaired by sensing an object located on the movement path. According to the present invention, by installing a driving unit including a moving wheel under the cane, the visually impaired can easily move to a desired destination even by holding only the handle of the cane. In addition, by installing a light-emitting unit on the front side of the outer circumferential surface of the cane, even when moving in a dark place or at night, the light-emitting unit has the effect of allowing the visually impaired to recognize the visually impaired by the light-emitting unit to prevent accidents.
