PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive resin composition having good adhesion to an aliphatic polyketone layer without requiring blending of an adhesive tackifier, an aliphatic polyketone laminated film having an adhesive resin layer using the same and its drawn film, and a transfer film of an aliphatic polyketone layer using them.SOLUTION: An aliphatic polyketone laminated film has at least an aliphatic polyketone layer and an adhesive resin layer provided on the aliphatic polyketone layer, where the adhesive resin layer contains at least modified polyolefin obtained by graft modification of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, a propylene homopolymer and/or a propylene-α-olefin copolymer with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative.SELECTED DRAWING: None
