摘要

A bismuth vanadate electrode rich in surface oxygen vacancies, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The electrode comprises a conductive substrate layer and a bismuth vanadate layer, and the bismuth vanadate layer is modified by photolithography. First, a metal organic decomposition method is used to grow bismuth vanadate particles on a conductive substrate. After that, same are immersed in an alkaline buffer solution containing sulfite. At the same time, a certain wavelength and intensity of light is applied for a certain time to complete the preparation of the entire electrode. The electrode may be assembled into a photoelectrochemical cell for photoelectrochemical cell photolysis of water to produce hydrogen.
