SOLUTION: In an electromagnetic induction device 10, a magnetic elastic body 20 arranged inside a coil 11 is formed by dispersing magnetic powder in a foamed elastomer 21. Then, the magnetic elastic body 20 elastically deforms in the axial direction of the coil 11 to generate an induced current I in the coil 11 (circuit 12).
