Disclosed is a broken stratum TBM jamming risk early-warning method based on a torque-thrust ratio. The method comprises the following steps: S1, collecting, by means of exposing a surrounding rock geological sketch of a shield, surrounding rock state data; S2, acquiring, by means of a TBM data collection system, TBM boring parameter data; S3, establishing a correlation between a torque-thrust ratio and a surrounding rock state; S4, acquiring, by means of a TBM boring report recorded by a main driver, boring state data; S5, establishing a jamming risk evaluation criterion based on the torque-thrust ratio; and S6, determining, by means of TBM real-time boring parameters and according to the evaluation criterion, a TBM jamming risk and performing real-time early-warning. According to the present invention, a tunnel surrounding rock state, a TBM boring state and a possible jamming risk in TBM boring can be effectively mastered in a timely manner, such that a constructor can master information of various aspects in a timely manner and take TBM jamming prevention measures in a timely manner, and therefore, the risk of a TBM being jammed can be effectively reduced and the TBM construction efficiency can be improved.
