Structure of a double-headed fascia massage apparatus, characterized by:an engine fitted to the housing of the massage apparatus;a rotating shaft driven by the engine and located on both sides of the axial direction of the engine;two nozzles intended for the housing;two pistons which are positioned in different nozzles and can move;two groups of transmission elements located at the rotating shaft on both sides of the engine, the piston being rotated with the transmission elements on the same side and the two groups of transmission elements driving the two pistons to do so; moving back and forth;two groups of massage heads attached to different pistons, the different massage heads moving back and forth.
