A cable management assembly (20) includes an arm (22) and a cable management device (26) to be mounted on the arm (22). The arm (22) includes a mounting hole (46a) and a positioning hole (h1). The cable management device (26) includes a wall (54) provided with a mounting portion (56a) and an elastic portion (58). The elastic portion (58) includes a connecting section (60) disposed on the wall (54) and an elastic section (62) connected to the connecting section (60) and including an engaging feature (64). The mounting portion (56a) of the cable management device (26) can enter the mounting hole (46a) of the arm (22) and be blocked by a blocking section (B1) adjacent to the mounting hole (46a) such that the cable management device (26) is mounted to the positioning hole (h1) through the engaging feature (64) of the elastic section (62).
