The mass analysis method is to prepare calibration data for calibration based on the first data obtained by detecting chlorobiphenyl in the first mass analysis of the standard sample of chlorobiphenyl, and to prepare the second mass of the sample. In the analysis, the second data obtained by detecting at least one chlorobiphenyl having the same number of chlorines but different types from the chlorobiphenyl detected in the first mass analysis was acquired, and the calibration data and the second data were used. Based on this, it is provided to calculate a quantitative value for chlorobiphenyl contained in the sample.
