Surgical staple driver. The driver body is configured to be slidably supported within the surgical staple cartridge. The driver body includes at least two staple support members. Each staple support member is configured to operably support a corresponding staple. The driver main body further includes a first cam surface and a second cam surface spaced from the second cam surface. The driver body further comprises at least one aperture configured to slidably receive a corresponding driver guide formed in the staple cartridge.
