The present invention relates to a quantum dot having excellent thermal and chemical stability encapsulated (encapsulated) with a functional polymer ligand, and a quantum dot optical film having excellent thermal stability using the same, and a method of manufacturing the same.According to the present invention, the surface of the quantum dot is coated with a polymer polymer. Accordingly, the stability of the quantum dot and the durability and dispersibility of the quantum dot optical film are simultaneously resolved, and the efficiency of the quantum dot device of the photoluminescence method can be significantly improved. Therefore, it opens a way to practically use QD in various light emitting applications, particularly high-power light emitting sources, and can be widely used commercially in various fields such as displays, bioimaging, lighting, and solar cells.
