Disclosed are an on-line synchronous registering co-extrusion SPC floor and a production process therefor. The on-line synchronous registering co-extrusion SPC floor comprises a base material layer, a decorative layer, and a wear-resistant layer, wherein the decorative layer is arranged on the base material layer and provided with patterns and designs; the wear-resistant layer is arranged on the decorative layer, is a transparent layer or a semi-transparent layer, and is provided with a concave-convex surface; the patterns or the designs correspond to the concave-convex surface; and the base material layer is composed of an elastic layer, a strength layer and a stable layer, and shading is pressed on a bottom face of the stable layer. In the present invention, two co-extrusion lines are used for simultaneous extrusion to achieve an ABA three-layer effect of an SPC base material layer, then a calender matches a synchronous registering system, and the patterns of the decorative layer are formed in a rolling manner, such that registering accuracy is high, response is fast, and efficiency is high; and the obtained SPC floor is good in terms of size stability, less prone to layer separation and warping, the patterns of same are clear and three-dimensional, and same is resistant to abrasion, resistant to ultraviolet, resistant to sound and damp, practical and attractive.
