An application of PFD in preparing a medicament for preventing and treating RA. The chemical structural formula of the PFD is shown in formula 1, or is a salt of the structure shown in formula 1. By means of inhibiting key pathological links such as inflammation reactions and vascular proliferation, the PFD can effectively inhibit the process of RA, inhibit the angiogenesis of EA.hy926 cells, significantly reduce the inflammatory factors and cartilage destruction factors, and increase the expression of vascular-related factors secreted by MH7A cells induced by TNF-α, thereby having a significant inhibitory effect on RA.
