A feeding and discharging buffer platform of a heat treatment multi-purpose furnace, comprising: a furnace body (10) having a front chamber (11) and a rear chamber (14); a buffer platform (20) arranged in the front chamber (11) and used for bearing a material frame (50); an out-of-furnace trolley (30), arranged outside the furnace body (10), and provided with an out-of-furnace trolley fork arm (31) for transferring the material frame (50) between the out-of-furnace trolley (30) and the buffer platform (20); and an in-furnace trolley (40), arranged in the front chamber (11) and provided with an in-furnace trolley fork arm (41) for transferring the material frame (50) between the buffer platform (20) and the rear chamber (14).
