The objective of the present invention is to provide a burner for manufacturing inorganic spheroidized particles that can significantly reduce the generated amount of warming gas and suppress the generation of soot during combustion, and the present invention provides a burner (1) for manufacturing inorganic spheroidized particles that uses a flammable gas including a fuel gas and oxygen, the burner comprising: a raw material powder supply path (2A) for supplying an inorganic powder as a raw material powder; a first fuel gas supply path (3A) for supplying a first fuel gas containing no carbon source; and a first flammable gas supply path (4A) for supplying a first flammable gas.
