PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner for manufacturing inorganic spheroidized particles, an inorganic spheroidized particle manufacturing device, and a method of manufacturing inorganic spheroidized particles, capable of efficiently manufacturing the inorganic spheroidized particles without fear of generation of flashback, reducing fluctuation of an average particle size of material powder in a granulating process, and obtaining the spheroidized particles having a target grain size distribution.;SOLUTION: The material powder is distributed to a material supply passage 1A of the diffusion type burner with a carrier gas, and oxygen is supplied in a state of being divided to a first oxygen supply passage 5A and a second oxygen supply passage 6A. A fuel gas is distributed to a fuel supply passage 4A. A gas for mixing is supplied in a state of being divided to first and second gas supply passages 7A, 8A in introducing a combustion gas produced in a combustion chamber 9B to a gas mixing chamber 9A. A condensation state of the material powder is improved, and the material powder is heated and melted while adjusting a flame temperature and a retention time of the particles in the flame.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
