PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner for manufacturing inorganic spheroidized particles, an apparatus for manufacturing an inorganic spheroidized particle and a method of manufacturing inorganic spheroidized particle where the inorganic spheroidized particle with the desired particle diameter is efficiently generated without depending on the particle diameter (average particle diameter) of an inorganic raw material powder X.SOLUTION: The burner for manufacturing inorganic spheroidized particles includes: a raw material powder carrying hole 34 which is disposed in the center of the tip 33 of a nozzle portion 28 to carry the inorganic raw material powder X carried by the carrier gas; a groove width changing member 37 disposed in the raw material powder carrying hole 34; and a raw material powder injection groove 39 which is a circular groove disposed between the surface of the tip 33 of the nozzle portion 28 exposed to the raw material powder carrying hole 34 and an edge portion 61 of the groove width changing member 37 and which injects the inorganic raw material powder carried by the carrier gas to the combustion chamber 31. This results in changing the width E of the raw material powder injection groove 39 exposed to the edge surface 33a of the nozzle portion 28.
