A data security transmission method in a communication network according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes the step of transmitting a reading message in which a transmitter transmits a reading message, and the step of requesting a valid message in which the receiver transmits a reading message reception response signal in response to the reading message. A data transmission step of transmitting a data frame including a valid message and a plurality of empty messages in response to the reading message reception response signal from the transmitter, and the valid message in the data frame using the reading message in the receiver. It includes the step of obtaining a valid message to be obtained.
