PROCESS FOR PREPARING SUPERFINE FUNCTIONALIZED FIBER BY USING DISTILLERS GRAINS

A process for preparing superfine functionalized fiber by using distillers grains, comprising the following steps: a) high-speed shear pulverization of distillers grains; b) separation and extraction of distillers grain fiber; c) pre-decomposition of the distillers grain fiber; and d) fiber functionalization modification. In the process, fiber modification is divided into two procedures, namely pre-decomposition and functionalization modification. Under the action of a fabricated pre-decomposition liquid, breakage of bridge oxygen bonds in fiber is rapidly achieved, greatly increasing the number of active sites for subsequent modification as well as the efficiency and degree of fiber modification; next, spraying of a functionalization modification agent is carried out; and then fiber functionalization modification is implemented under the combined action of a fixed-wavelength light source and microwaves in order to obtain the superfine functionalized fiber. In the process, different types of modification agents can be used to carry out functionalization modification on the fiber, such that the modified superfine functionalized fiber can be used in the fields of cement slurry modification and coating product modification. In this way, a feasible method is provided for the efficient utilization of distillers grains, and the economic and utilization value of distillers grains-related products can be greatly increased.
