METHOD FOR PREPARING SUPERFINE FIBER LEATHER SIMULATING NATURAL TOP GRAIN LEATHER AND USE THEREOF

The present application provides a method for preparing a superfine fiber leather simulating a natural top grain leather and the use thereof. The preparation method of the present application comprises the following steps: the spinning of sea-island superfine fibers, the fabrication of a non-woven fabric, the blade coating with polyurethane, the impregnation with polyurethane, the secondary blade coating with polyurethane, solidification and water washing, and the weight reduction and splitting of the sea-island fibers, etc. In the present application, by redesigning the production process and process scheme, the superfine fiber polyurethane synthetic leather completely simulating the gradient structure, folds and hand feeling of natural top grain leather can be realized, and the superfine fiber polyurethane synthetic leather has physical and chemical properties superior to those of the natural top grain leather and is completely able to replace the natural leather, thus further expanding the application field of superfine fiber synthetic leathers.
