The group of inventions relates to medicine, specifically to andrology. Proposed is the use of 9-phenyl-2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9-octahydro-1H-selenoxanthene as a stimulator of testicular tissue reparative regeneration processes. Also proposed is a medicinal preparation and a pharmaceutical composition which include 9-phenyl-2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9-octahydro-1H-selenoxanthene as an active ingredient. The invention expands the range of agents and helps enhance testicular tissue reparative regeneration processes when rapidly regenerating and reserve (stem) spermatogonia cell population counts are reduced in fertility disorders.
