The present invention is a positive electrode slurry composition containing a positive electrode active material, a binder, alcohol and water, wherein the content of the alcohol is 0.1 to 10% by weight based on the total weight of the composition. A positive electrode slurry composition, an electrode manufactured by using the positive electrode slurry composition, and a battery including the electrode are provided. The slurry composition for producing a positive electrode of the present invention greatly improves the dispersibility of the positive electrode active material and the conductive material, reduces the roughness of the electrode surface, and provides the effect of significantly reducing the phenomenon of electrode bending. It also provides the economic advantage of not using dispersants and significantly reducing capacity usage.
