The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a heating composite material using a metal-coated carbon fiber, a heating composite material manufactured by the above manufacturing method, a molded body including the heating composite material, and a heating product including the molded body. The heating composite material of the present invention is manufactured by impregnating a bundle of metal-coated carbon fibers with a resin, and has excellent heating performance.
