PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for easily performing a quantitative evaluation of a three-dimensional surface morphology of a target part of a human body by using three-dimensional landmark automatic recognition. A morphological evaluation method includes a step of scanning a target portion of a subject to obtain subject coordinate data 211 and an anatomical land extracted from the subject coordinate data 211 by three-dimensional automatic recognition. Standard homology model 113 whose morphology is averaged based on the step of generating the subject homology model 118 based on the mark and the group of sample coordinate data 111 obtained by scanning the same target site of a plurality of healthy subjects. And a step of calculating the deviation of each corresponding coordinate of the subject homology model 118 with reference to each coordinate of the standard homology model 113. The deviation is visualized as a degree indicating the abnormality of the morphology and displayed on the image display device 201. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
